Although the market is constantly evolving, the unboxing of toys rarely surprises and excites us as much as this one did. The Doxy X Lovehoney Die Cast 3R Rechargeable is something else. It comes in an insanely cool light silver metal storage case. The case can be unscrewed from both sides, one side opening to the toy itself and the other one to the charger.
Honestly, we’d buy it for the storage case alone. It is a show stopper. It also makes this toy a great candidate for those looking for something discrete, as the storage box does not scream sex toy inside. The wand itself does not look like a typical vibrator either, but rather passes as a muscle massager.
The Doxy X Lovehoney Die Cast 3R Rechargeable is the strongest rechargeable vibe we have ever tried. Wand vibes are our faves, because they are easy to hold and locate and we love the cable free fun! Bound to make us come in no time, no exceptions. It’s deep rumbly vibrations tickle a wider surface of our clits with next level intensity and depth. In fact, with this one, we sometimes wish we’d have a lower speed setting option.
This gorgeous toy is made from smooth silicone and hand-finished aluminum. It feels very heavy, luxurious and durable. We adore the shiny purple plastic and wish we’d have long nails to tap against it. It fits perfectly in our hands.
This wand is smaller than some of the other wands, such as the magic wand and the Doxy original, which has implications on uses. While its size does not compromise its strength, the small size of the head makes it difficult for the both of us to use at the same time. It is best to be used by a single person, may it be in solo or partner play.
The tiniest complaint about the design would be that we’d prefer sturdier buttons. We are not fans of silicone buttons because they are somewhat wobbly, which is unnecessary on such a sleek and overall impressively designed toy. Still, we appreciate the buttons lighting up with the LED light.
This toy is not waterproof and is best to be cleaned by unscrewing the silicone head and cleaning it separately. It can be used with any attachments made for Doxy 3 wands.
Doxy Die Cast 3R can be fully charged in four hours for 60 minutes play. The body of the wand measures 28 cm (11’’) in length and 12 cm (5.75’’) in circumference. The diameter of the head measures 4.5cm (1.7’’). The wand weighs 350g (12oz).
