Lovehoney After Dark Board Game
Oh boy, were we excited when we saw the Lovehoney After Dark adult board game, and the game did not disappoint, it is fun, silly and versatile.
The game consists of a board that has a starting point, finish point and in between various stops with assignments for players. These assignments are captured on cards, which challenge the players to confess to “never have I ever”, “would you rather”, engage in a few sexy challenges, or in some cases, return back to the start. The game comes with four pawns, a dice and four types of cards.
The “You said what?” cards consist of a bunch of funny anecdotes and statements that should not be done or said during sex. If you pick one, you will need to admit whether you’ve ever said or done it. Some examples of anecdotes include: “Blow your nose on the bed sheets”, “Look at your phone to check the time”, “Fake it”. And from statements: “That crack on the ceiling is getting bigger”, “What’s that smell?”.
The “Kinky confessions” cards include a mix of “would you rather” questions, acting as prompts for confessing kinky acts and desires, for example: “Watch porn when you touch yourself, or use your imagination?”. If you choose not to answer the question you will have to pay a penalty, there is a forfeit suggestions card included to jump-start your imagination.
The “Oh I say!” cards consist of draw and act out cards, as their name suggests you will need to either do or draw something sex related. For example: “Act out: Being a dominatrix”, or “Draw: Orgasm”.
With “Talk dirty cards” you will need to read what’s on the card and do as it says. For example: “Let your partner know how long you’ve been waiting to get them into the bedroom, and tell them exactly what you were thinking about.”.
The game can be played with any number of players between two and four and is quite inclusive. We love that the cards offer the possibility to play the game in two modes, a non-sexual mode to be played with friends, or a hot sexual game to play with your sexual partner(s). The latter mode includes the ‘Talk dirty cards’ which are full of sexy partner playing, and fantasy reveal. We find these cards to be the true stars of the game, we found ourselves playing the game by just drawing one card from the stack and religiously following the instructions written on the cards.
